How is the profit calculated?
We track total sales during the event. Based on the volume sold, we cut a check for up to 25% of the gross revenue back to your organization immediately after the event.
Is there a cost to book us?
Generally, no. For most school and community events with expected attendance over 100 people, there is no booking fee. We make our money from sales, just like you.
What do we need to provide?
A flat 10x10ft space accessible by our trailer, and a hungry crowd! We are self-sufficient with power and water if needed.
