The original street food of Naples. No cheese. Just San Marzano tomato sauce, thinly sliced garlic, oregano, and olive oil.
La Diavola
San Marzano tomato base, fresh mozzarella, and spicy Neapolitan salami (Spianata Piccante). Simple heat, massive flavor.
Prosciutto e Rucola
White base with mozzarella. After baking, topped with fresh arugula (rucola), ribbons of Prosciutto di Parma, and shaved parmesan.
